Bilingual ops packaging for RCIP/FCIP designated employers and EDOs

PilotDesk packages public IRCC and community checklist fields into a recommendation workflow employers and Economic Development Offices can actually run — document kits, stage gates, and bilingual reminders. Not immigration advice. Not RCIC advice.

Optional: book a 20-minute discovery this week. Employer willingness-to-pay asked as research only.

Clear limits (read first)

  • Not immigration legal advice and not RCIC / authorized-representative advice.
  • Not a “who to hire” or candidate-matching service.
  • No guarantee of designation, recommendation, allocation, PR approval, or work-permit approval.
  • Community rules, NOC lists, intake windows, scores, and caps change — always verify against the live EDO / IRCC page before submitting.

What the Recommendation Pack is

Administrative / operations packaging for employers and EDO staff who already participate (or are applying to participate) in publicly documented RCIP/FCIP community processes.

  • Federal workflow summary (designation → job offer → recommendation → optional work permit) with links to public Canada.ca pages
  • Stage model (pre-check through fail-fast kill) for Notion / Airtable
  • Field-level document tables distilled from public Northern Ontario community checklists (Sudbury, Thunder Bay, North Bay, SSM, Timmins) plus a West Kootenay field-schema template
  • Cross-community “employer typically needs” master checklist
  • Bilingual / FCIP notes (e.g. French intent letter where required)
  • Kill-risk language to avoid in product and outreach

Who it’s for

Northern Ontario EDOs

Offices coordinating designated-employer intakes who want fewer incomplete recommendation files — without endorsing a vendor as legal counsel.

Designated employers

RCIP/FCIP designated employers packaging genuine full-time permanent offers and recommendation applications from public checklist fields.

Primary communities referenced in the pack: Greater Sudbury, Thunder Bay, North Bay & Area, Sault Ste. Marie, Timmins Region (plus a BC template for field schema). Always cite the live community page before use.

How this week’s ask works

  1. Request the free pack — we’ll send the Recommendation Pack outline (Notion/Airtable-ready) for this week.
  2. Optional 20-min discovery — confirm whether incomplete files / intake volume is the real pain.
  3. Employer research question — if useful later, would a lightweight paid employer tool be worth ~$99/mo? Framed as research, not a hard sell.
